Refund policy
1. RETURNS
We operate a 14-day return policy, for any reason and without mandatory justification. After this period, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Return shipping costs are covered by us.
The refund includes the purchase price of the returned product as well as its shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
A return or refund request is made self-service, via a dedicated link on the site, within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please specify the reason for the return to help us improve the quality of our services and products by filling in the return form.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable at the time of purchase) and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
3. REFUNDS

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. 4. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. DAMAGES AND CLAIMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at service-client@pausitivini.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Your request must include a photo and your order number.
If the product is eligible for a replacement or refund, a solution will be offered at no additional cost.
