1. PREAMBLE
Our store offers printed items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, etc.) created from our original designs. Each product is manufactured and shipped by our certified printing partners, ensuring optimal quality and fast delivery.
2. PURPOSE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales made on pausitivini.com between the seller and any customer.
Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. PRODUCTS
The products offered (mugs, clothing, accessories, etc.) are designed from original designs created by the seller. Printing and delivery are handled by specialized production partners.
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, minor differences in color or placement may exist depending on the printing process used. Please also note that product colors or appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and its display settings and configuration.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any product we offer to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PAUSITIVINI reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until PAUSITIVINI has confirmed its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as PAUSITIVINI may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of ordering.
Purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or domestic use and not for commercial resale or export.
Once an order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Orders are then automatically forwarded to our printing partner for production.
6. PRICING
Unless otherwise indicated, displayed prices do not include shipping and handling fees, customs, or import duties.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be charged at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and represents a commitment to pay.
Payment is made online by credit card or via the payment solutions available on the Shopify platform. All payments are fully secured and managed by Shopify.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use that credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card provider, and (iv) you will pay the amounts charged at the posted prices, including any applicable shipping, handling fees, and taxes.
7. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Our products are manufactured and shipped by partner printing providers, selected for their quality and reliability. Delivery is made from the production facility closest to the customer's address.
The customer will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number when available.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers or exceptional circumstances such as force majeure or logistical issues beyond its control.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We operate a 14-day return policy, for any reason and without mandatory justification. After this period, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Return shipping costs are covered by us.
The refund includes the purchase price of the returned product as well as its shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
