All our products are manufactured and shipped by our logistics partners in various countries around the world, from the production facility closest to the customer's delivery location. 2. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand (sales, holidays, etc.), slight additional delays may occur.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the country and carrier.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active, depending on the carrier.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please carefully verify your address before confirming your order. In the event of an error or incomplete address, any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

We will open an investigation with our partners and arrange, as appropriate, a replacement or refund. Any claim must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and must include a photo and your order number.

8. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver to many countries around the world. Customs fees or local taxes may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country — these remain the responsibility of the customer.

9. LOGISTICS PARTNERS

Delivery is handled by trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, La Poste, or other local services depending on the destination. The choice of carrier is automatically optimized to ensure speed and reliability.

10. MULTIPLE ORDERS

If you order several items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and production facilities.
